Cancellation policy
Cancellation right
Consumers are entitled to the right of cancellation according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to a commercial nor a self-employed occupational activity:

Right of revocation

You can revoke your contractual statement in writing within 14 days without stating reasons (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) or, if you received the merchandise before the lapse of the above time limit, by sending it back. The time limit starts to run upon the receipt of this notice in writing, but not before the goods have reached the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar products not before you receive the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our information obligation under Article 246.2 in conjunction with Article 1 par. 1 and 2 of the Introductory Statute to the German Civil Code, as well as our obligations under Article 312e.1.1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246.3 of the Introductory Statute to the German Civil Code. The cancellation period will be deemed not to have been exceeded if the revocation or the goods are mailed in good time.
In order to not exceed the cancellation period the timely mailing of the revocation or the merchandise is sufficient. Address the revocation to:

Huesken Distrubution
Sandstr. 92
45473 Mülheim an der Ruhr

info@djinns-shop.eu

Consequences of revocation
In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received performances must be returned and any derived profits (e.g. interest) must also be returned. If you cannot return to us the performance received, in part or in whole, or if you can only return it in worse condition, you are required to offer compensation of equal value. This does not apply when the deterioration of the goods occurred exclusively when examining them, as may have been possible in a retail shop. You can also avoid the obligation to pay compensation if the goods have been damaged through conventional usage, provided that you do not use the goods as if they were your property and refrain from doing anything which could reduce their value. Transportable goods should be sent back at our risk. You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered product conforms to the ordered one or if the price of the returned item doesn't excel an amount of 40 ? or if you haven't generated the equivalent or a contractual arranged down payment at the higher cost of the item during the time of the cancellation. Elsewise the return for you is free. Non-transportable goods will be collected from you. The obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, and for us upon the receipt thereof.
End of cancellation policy

7. Data protection Facebook
Our website also uses plug-ins for the social networking site facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). Plugins can be recognised by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" symbol) or are indicated with the additional text "Facebook social plugin". The list and the look of the Facebook social plugins can be viewed here: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.

If you access one of our webpages that uses one of these plug-ins, a link is created to the Facebook servers and the plug-in is shown on the page as a result of this information being reported to your browser. As a result, the Facebook server is sent information regarding which of our webpages you visited. If you are currently logged into Facebook, Facebook allocates this information to your personal Facebook user account. When you use the plug-in functions (e.g. clicking the "Like" button or adding a comment), this information is also allocated to your Facebook account. You can prevent this by logging out of Facebook before using the plug-in. You can find further information about the way Facebook stores and uses your data, about your rights in relation to this and the options for protecting your private sphere in Facebook's data protection information.
